The former First Merchants Bank location in Eaton will soon have a new purpose. The banking company has donated the building to Delaware Community Schools. Superintendent Reece Mann is hoping to open a coffee shop at the site. He says business class students could help create a business model, while students in construction courses could help with renovations.
