An Anderson man is in trouble again. Police say 41-year-old Samuel Martin is the subject of three no contact orders filed to keep him from contacting his wife. That apparently didn’t stop him from calling her 3,807 times between August and October. He’s facing stalking and invasion of privacy charges.
