2020 To Start With A “No Gift” Ordinance

Madison County Commissioners are starting 2020 with a ‘no-gift’ ordinance that will prohibit any elected official or county employee from receiving a gift in any amount. Commissioner Mike Phipps requested that the county attorney draft an ethics ordinance policy that goes into effect immediately.
