A Muncie woman who was found sitting on top of bags of meth has been sentenced to nine years in prison. 33-year-old Angela Louise James had pleaded guilty to possession of meth. Her conviction stemmed from a raid, conducted by the Muncie Police Department’s narcotics unit.
