Red Ribbons In Noblesville

If you see red ribbons going up on downtown street poles in Noblesville, those aren’t meant to be a sign of the season. The city posted an image of a street department worker putting ribbons and said it was “in memory of 21-year-old Ryan Scott Herring of Gas City. Herring fell to his death when a light post he was working on snapped and fell to the ground as he was putting up holiday lights Nov. 20.
