Extra troopers will be on patrol during ‘Operation Safe Family Travel’. The Thanksgiving holiday is traditionally one of the busiest travel periods of the year. Indiana State Police want to remind you of the importance of driving responsibly. Last year during the Thanksgiving holiday, 12 fatal crashes occurred on Indiana roadways.
