Nursing Director At Pendleton Assisted-Living Facility Under Fire

The Indiana attorney general has filed a complaint against the director of nursing at Rawlins House Health and Living Community in Pendleton. The Herald Bulletin reports that the accusations center on several state violations surrounding the care of a patient at the facility. An attorney representing the caregiver and Rawlins House says there is an explanation for the patient’s condition and her client is not at fault.
