A 90,000 bond for a Muncie woman accused of selling meth to an informant for the Muncie Police Department’s narcotics unit. The Star Press reports Heather Michelle Stephenson was arrested on North Penn Street shortly before 1 a.m. Tuesday. The 31 year old is charged with selling just under two grams to the informant near McCulloch Park.
