Muncie City Council addressed issues facing its own members Tuesday night. The Star Press reports lawmakers voted 7 to 2 to censure Linda Gregory for a comment she made in the September council meeting. Council took no action against John Hampton related to whether he should be removed from his seat because of felony convictions in his past.
