Matt Howell has been named Rotarian of the 2018-19 year in Rotary International District 6560. In July, Howell received the Merrill Greene award for Club Service from the Muncie Rotary Club. Rotary International District 6560 is made up of 44 Central Indiana Rotary Clubs with over 2,400 members.
