Ivy Tech Community College and Purdue Polytechnic are partnering to hire a faculty member to teach courses — to both college and high school students —aimed at addressing the advanced-manufacturing skilled-workforce shortage. Along with local Ivy Tech and Purdue students, Muncie Central High School students and others can also take courses in automation technology and engineering technology to earn both high school and college credits.
