A man putting up holiday decorations on city light poles in Noblesville was killed after falling. The Wednesday accident happened on the 100 block of N. 8th Street and he’s identified as 21 year old Ryan Herring of Gas City. When emergency responders got there, several people were already attending to the man who died after being taken to the hospital.
