Eight Years In The Death Of His Friend

Eight years behind bars for a Muncie man sentenced to eight years in prison in the shooting death of his friend. 22-year-old Dillon Gage Jackson was found guilty of reckless homicide back in September. Prosecutors claimed Jackson had intended to kill 19-year-old Tracy Joe Wheat II. The shooting took place in the Harrison Township home of the defendant’s family on July 23, 2017. The defense said it was an accident.
