More changes will be coming to Muncie’s downtown in the new year. The riverfront development project is expected to move forward. WS Property Group says construction will take shape as early as March of 2020 with an opening date of fall 2020. The project includes a public plaza, river walk and the White River Lofts, a residential mixed-use multi-story building.
