Dale Basham, member of the Muncie Rotary Club and Past District Governor of Rotary District 6560, has received the Rotary International Zones 30-31 “People of Action – Brand Ambassador” award. The award honors Basham’s passion for Rotary International and his programs and projects implemented during his successful year as District Governor.
