Police say two men, twins, found dead in their Jay County farmhouse, were murdered. 69 year olds Wayne P. and Zane F. Burroughs were found Oct. 9 in the house they had been renting in the 300 block of North Jay County Road 700-E. An autopsy confirmed each had been shot to death.
