An Anderson woman is accused of neglect in the death of her infant daughter. 34-year-old Samantha Madore is charged with neglect of dependent resulting in death after sharing her bed with her month-old baby. The child stopped breathing and was pronounced dead at the hospital. Anderson Police say two separate drug screens showed the mother had meth in her system.
