Authorities believe a rural Winchester man shot his ex-wife and then fatally shot himself. Authorities say 64-year-old Charles H. Hodge, was pronounced dead at the scene while Hodge’s ex-wife, 56-year-old Debbie K. Hodge was flown to a Fort Wayne “trauma center.” The shootings remain under investigation.
