An Indiana State trooper’s quick actions helped save a woman who was choking at a Pendleton restaurant. Senior Trooper Scott Keegan, who is an ISP Firearms Instructor, was eating his lunch when the elderly female started choking. Trooper Keegan delivered back blows then an abdominal thrust to clear her airway.
