Train/Car Collision Snarls Elwood Traffic

A collision between a train and a car in Elwood backed up traffic for hours and fortunately resulted in no serious injuries. Authorities say it happened at 13th and C streets. The backup was caused by the train, which was not moving at the time of the collision.
