Second Harvest Food Bank of East Central Indiana will provide food* for families in need at the monthly Second Harvest Tailgate Program from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 20, at the Jay County Fairgrounds. The distribution is while supplies last, and there is a limit of 3 families per vehicle. This Tailgate is a collaborative effort between Second Harvest Food Bank of East Central Indiana, The Portland Foundation and the United Way of Jay County.
