The George and Frances Ball Foundation has been recognized by the Ivy Tech Foundation. During the ninth annual Benefactor Awards Dinner, the Ivy Tech Foundation honored individuals, corporations and foundations from Indiana who have considerably impacted Ivy Tech communities and students. The George and Frances Ball Foundation was honored as the winner for Muncie.
