NTSB, “Pilot Used Wrong Fuel”

A preliminary report from the National Transportation Safety Board says the usage of an incorrect fuel type contributed to a deadly plane crash in Howard County. The crash occurred on Oct. 5 killing the sole occupant of the plane, 59-year-old Dr. Daniel Greenwald, M.D. of Tampa. The NTSB’s report reveals Greenwald used jet fuel, which the plane didn’t need.
