Due to the weather….Trick or Treating hours in Muncie will be on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST FROM 5PM TO 9PM. The Star Press reports according to the National Weather Service, there will be rain on Thursday, Oct. 31. Temperatures are expected to hit a high of 48 degrees by 8 a.m., then falling into the low 40s during the day.
