An arrest early Sunday of a Muncie man accused of using a baseball bat to break another man’s jaw. 32 year old Bradley Rogers faces a charge of battery with a deadly weapon. The victim showed up at the hospital and said he was at a gathering at Rogers’ home on North Lakeside Drive when he was hit in the side of the face and knocked out.
