The numbers are upside down for the Star Bank building in downtown Anderson, and so the county is considering selling it. The building was purchased in 2016 for $675,000 and where space in the building was being leased then for $55,000 a year, it’s now being leased for $20,000 a year, prompting a hard look at all options.
