Authorities in Jay County continue to investigate the deaths of 69-year-old twin brothers whose bodies were discovered last week in a rural Portland farm house. Investigators say Wayne P. and Zane F. Burroughs were last seen in late August. The causes of their deaths are pending further investigation and test results.
