Hartford City AMVETS Raising Funds For Memorial

The AMVETS Post 23 in Hartford City is raising funds to purchase a monument to be erected at the Veterans Park. The tribute to all Blackford County Veterans that served during the Middle East Conflicts is set to be dedicated on Veterans Day, November 11. Donations can be made to AMVETS Post 23.
