An Elwood mother is charged with neglect of a dpendent after police say one of her children showed up in just a diaper at a woman’s doorstep. 21 year old Makayla Landry’s 2 year old had walked about a block before knocking onthat door. No one answered when the girl was brought home. DCS officials say they’ve been to the home before.
