A Dunkirk woman is face drug-dealing charges in Jay County. 37-year-old Andrea Sheets was arrested after authorities investigated a report of drugs being brought from Dayton, Ohio, to Portland. When Sheets was arrested she was found to be in possession of 16 grams of meth and five grams of heroin.
