Delta High School will receive $190,000 in grant funding over the next five years to mentor other high schools beginning Early College programs as part of an award given to the Center of Excellence in Leadership of Learning (CELL) at the University of Indianapolis. CELL will establish a Rural Early College Network (RECN) to help rural Indiana schools more quickly implement the Early College (EC) high school model.
