Charges Will Not Be Filed Against Anderson Police Officer

Madison County Prosecutor Rodney Cummings says he will NOT pursue charges against an off-duty Anderson police officer accused of attacking a Greenfield man in downtown Pendleton. Anderson Police Lt. Steve Denny confronted a man outside the bar and restaurant owned by Denny’s wife.
