A Muncie man who is a suspect in a pair of recent arson fires has been arrested again; this time for of breaking into a southside home. 62-year-old Joseph Clock was being held on a burglary charge at Delaware County jail after being accused of breaking into a West 15th Street home and taking generators and tools.
