Sheriff’s deputies have arrested an Anderson man three months after he was involved in a head-on collision in which a motorcyclist later died of injuries. The Herald Bulletin reports that 35-year-old Daniel Ellis, of Anderson, struck a motorcycle driven by 65-year-old Danny Kinser, also of Anderson, who later died. A blood draw performed on Ellis revealed the presence of controlled substances.
