The former AMC Showplace 7 is being converted into a plumbing and HVAC wholesale business. The Star Press reports that a deal closed late last month to convert the building off Bethel Avenue into a place of business for Lee Supply Corporation. The more than 25,000 square foot building rests on just under four acres of land.
