School Bus Driver Says District Violated First Amendment Rights

A Madison-Grant United School Corporation bus driver claims the school district violated his First Amendment rights.  James “Randy” Sizelove claims district officials suspended him when he spoke out against the proposed school reconfiguration. Sizelove has filed a federal lawsuit in the U.S. District Court. School officials aren’t commenting, citing privacy rights on human resource issues.
