A 22 year old Muncie mother is facing charges after police say she was incapable of caring for her 3 year old son. Jamie Monroe was slurring and unsteady, says police, when they arrived at her home on the 2900 block of East Tanner Drive Wednesday night. She apparently was under the influence of suboxone.
