Muncie Public Library will host a Town Hall Forum this evening featuring the candidates for Muncie mayor. Terry Whitt Bailey, Dan Ridenour and Steve Smith are scheduled to attend. The forum is free and open to the public. It starts at 7 p.m. at Kennedy Library, 1700 W. McGalliard Road.
