Muncie Man Accused Of Cutting Teen Son

He’s accused of cutting his teenage son: 34-year-old Clinton Edgar Ricker allegedly got into a struggle with the boy who received a small superficial wound on the left side of his chest.  The Muncie man is charged with neglect and battery and was being held in the Delaware County jail.
