Formal Charges Expected To Be Filed Today

Formal charges are expected to be filed today in the case of a Union City man accused of robbing a Randolph County bank. 34-year-old Tyler J. Merritt is alleged to have held up the First Merchants Bank in Union City. Police say they found identifying clothing and the hold-up note in his home.
