Courtyard Apartments Could Receive Facelift

The Courtyard Apartments in Anderson could be getting a facelift.  Development company – Property Resource – has been before the Anderson Redevelopment Commission regarding the property in the 2700 block of West 16th Street. Property Resource wants to purchase and rehabilitate the apartments.
