Convenience Store Owner Accused Of Dumping Gasoline Into Sewer

A Muncie convenience store owner is accused of dumping gasoline into the local sewer system more than two years ago. 57 year old Balwinder Singh, owner of the Philips 66 station at Wheeling and Centennial avenue, faces a charge of improper operation of underground storage tanks, a felony carrying up to 30 months in prison.
