A two-year-old girl was struck by a vehicle in southeastern Grant County and died of her injuries. Neveah Braggs of Upland, was taken to IU Health Blackford Hospital in Hartford City following the 7pm accident,. She was on Grant County Road 600-S, west of Grant County Road 1050-E, when she was struck by an eastbound car driven by 29 year old Keith Everhart, of Hartford City.
