Waelz Sustainable Products and Muncie city & redevelopment officials announcing Tuesday they have reached an agreement to discontinue efforts to establish operations in Muncie. The steel dust recycling facility would have located on the former BorgWarner industrial site. The Muncie Redevelopment Commission now has to acquire the brownfield site.
