You’ll notice some changes at tomorrow’s Muncie City Council meeting. The meeting, which will include discussion on the proposed steel dust recycling plant, will be held in the auditorium at Cornerstone Center for the Arts. Police will have metal detector wands at the entrance and no large purses or backpacks will be allowed inside. The meeting starts at 7pm.
