Racing legend Al Unser Jr. will avoid jail time as part of a plea agreement. Unser Jr. was arrested in Avon back in May. As part of the plea agreement, charges of speeding and improper lane change were dismissed. Unser will also have to complete 480 hours of community service and had his driver’s license suspended for one year.
