The Transparency in Local Government; 2019 Citizen Summit is happening in Muncie next month. The goal of the summit is to share examples of successful transparency in local government, facilitate a public conversation regarding transparency and identify methods and best practices to achieve transparency. It’s happening at Ivy Tech’s Fisher Building, in downtown Muncie, Saturday, September 14th. It’s free and open to the public
