Train Woes in Cammack: Local business owner Steve Guinn says about a month ago Norfolk and Southern started making a habit of blocking the RR crossing on Cammack St. in Cammack. He says it not only cuts off his customers, but more importantly, it blocks emergency services. Guinn says the blockages can sometimes last more than an hour.
