A worker at the New Castle Correctional Facility is charged with misconduct after police say she smuggled a wedding ring to an inmate. 46 year old Rebecca Landers of Muncie is a food service worker there and told police she arranged for another inmate to pass the ring on to 37 year old Chad Shackelford. Landers also said she was in love with Shackelford and he was planning to live with her and her daughter after he’s released.
