An argument between brothers led to one being stabbed and the other arrested. 27 year old Jon-Paul Miller of the 3100 block of South Hackley Street, is charged with battery resulting in bodily injur. Police say he and his brother began fighting and Miller allegedly stabbed him in the legs twice. y, a Level 5 felony carrying up to six years in prison. The victim said the fight happened after he took alcohol away from his brother.
